Our Prices Include The Following
• International & domestic flights
• Aircraft charter or car hire for the convenience of the hunters.
• Hotel Accommodation.
• Exporting of trophies or other personal goods.
• All CITES licence fees.
• Rifle hire and ammunition.
• Staff and hunters gratuities.
• Delivery of trophies to taxidermists other than those locally.
• Meals and liquor outside of camps and hunting areas.
Additional Costs Not Included
Wounded Trophies
Any animal wounded/hit, and found OR lost, will be deemed as taken. The full trophy fee will apply.
A deposit of 50% of the daily rate is required to confirm a booking. A deposit of 50% is required for package hunts.
Deposit
Payments must be made in cash, travelers cheques or certified bank draft. Personal cheques will be accepted by prior arrangement
Payment
A 10% administration fee will be deducted if the client cancels a hunt less than 6 months before the commencement date. No refund of deposit thereafter unless the hunt is re-booked
